東吉野キャンプ場は、丹生川上神社・中社(なかしゃ)から歩いて５分、上社(かみしゃ)には約30分、下社(しもしゃ)には約一時間の位置にあります。また、一目千本の桜と言われる吉野山・金峯山寺にも約40分で行けるので、お花見のベースキャンプとしても利用できます。
東吉野キャンプ場は小さなオート・キャンプ場ですが、ここでも桜の花を楽しめます。屋根付きの建物には水場と竈(かまど)があります。
日裏川(ひうらがわ)にかかる橋の上から、上流を望みます。
日裏川にかかる橋の上から、東の瀧(ひむかし の たき)を望みます。ここでは瀧の音を聴きながら一泊するという贅沢を味わえます。
夢橋(ゆめはし)の上から、東の瀧と夢淵(ゆめぶち)を望みます。
夏になると、夢淵の河原で水遊びを楽しむ人達が訪れます。８月の休日は予約を取り難いので、連絡はお早めに。
2020年には、村発足60周年記念イベントとして、夢淵ライトアップが開催されました。とても良いイベントだったので、またの開催を期待しております。
