石川酒造は、銘酒・多満自慢（たまじまん）の蔵元であり、地ビール・多摩の恵（たまのめぐみ）のブルワリーです。

酒蔵の正面入り口です。
本蔵（ほんぐら）は多摩川の近くにあり、酒の仕込み水は地下１５０ｍから汲み上げた中硬水を使用しているそうです。
直売店の酒世羅（さけせら）です。訪れたのは４月７日ですが、まだ「かめぐち酒」や「純米にごり酒」を販売していました。
とても旨い酒だったので、また買いに来ようと思います。
仕込み水の湧水と、夫婦欅（めおと けやき）です。その間に、コメの神である大黒天と、水の神である弁財天を祀る社があります。
敷地の西側にある向蔵（むこうぐら）は、地ビール工房になっています。
その側に、ビールの醸造に使う麦酒釜（ばくしゅがま）を展示する館があります。
麦酒釜の裏手に井戸があります。直売店の酒世羅で購入した酒を、ここで楽しむ事も出来るのだとか。
ビール工房の向蔵の裏手、敷地の南側に、ゲストハウス「酒坊・多満自慢」があります。いわゆるカプセルホテル形式ですが、とにかく清潔ですし、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。
この日は、純米大吟醸、純米無濾過、清酒辛口の飲み比べセットを注文しました。私は味わい豊かな無濾過が好きな人ですけど、やはり純米大吟醸は香り高くて旨いですねぇ・・・。
飲み比べの肴は、ディナーの「おばんざい」にしました。しめ鯖の下にはワカメが敷かれていて、ポテサラには「いぶりがっこ」が使われていました。揚げ出し豆腐、西京焼き、ホタルイカも美味でしたよ。
シメは御飯と味噌汁です。御飯がビビるくらい美味かったのは、炊く時の水が良かったからかな。ごちそうさまでした！
石川酒造から約１９ｋｍ離れた所に、小澤酒造の澤乃井園があります。やはりこの辺りは、水が良いんでしょうねえ。
