鞍馬山(くらまやま)の西側、貴船神社(きふねじんじゃ)がある貴船町(きぶねちょう)では、毎年5月頃から9月頃まで貴船川(きぶねがわ)の上に床を作って飲食の席を設ける川床(かわどこ)を設置しています。
川床は暑い季節を涼しく過ごす為の工夫であり、そこでの食事を川床料理と言い、京都の夏の風物詩の一つに数えられています。
川床料理を出す店はいくつかありますが、店によっては予約が必要だったり、料理が高額だったりします。これから見ていただく写真は、貴船・仲よし(きぶね・なかよし)でランチを頂いた時のものです。
紫陽花が咲く梅雨の時期に行ってみるのも乙なものです。
入口の階段を降りた所に、川床があります。
床の下に川が流れる川床ならではの光景と、その涼しさを堪能する事が出来ます。
簾(すだれ)の屋根、提灯(ちょうちん)、野点傘(のだて がさ)の組み合わせです。
貴船・仲よしのランチは1500円(2022年現在)です。ランチとは言え川床料理は高級料理なので、この値段で楽しめる所は少ないです。
鮎の塩焼きを蓼酢(たで す)で美味しくいただきました。
